Align Kitchens Brisbane upgrades printing services with Fuji Solutions Group’s latest Multi-Function Devices.As we approach the end of the year and the middle of the financial year, it’s an opportune time to reflect on how our Fuji Multi-Function Devices (MFDs) are serving our clients’ evolving needs.

Recently, we had the pleasure of speaking with Adam Bickford, Operations Manager at Align Kitchens Brisbane, about their experience with their new Fuji MFDs. Adam shared insights on the installation process, his favourite features, and how the devices have impacted daily operations.

Adam emphasised the smooth and efficient installation process carried out by our dedicated technicians.


"The technician called me prior to arriving and ensured that every PC on the network was set up correctly, as well as giving us an excellent tutorial on how to use the new printer," he said. "We did this to two locations, and both were efficient, proving they have a great team of technicians throughout Brisbane."

"With the new setup, I am most happy with the self-managed usage reporting. It is a blessing not to have to receive calls from call centres to do this."
This feature saves time and simplifies operations, allowing Align Kitchens to focus on what they do best—delivering exceptional kitchen designs and installations.

Align Kitchens has long been familiar with Fuji MFDs, but Adam noted several improvements with the newer model. From the faster page count and user-friendly interface to the speed of accessing settings, the devices have streamlined their day-to-day tasks.
"The service is already so much better," Adam shared. "A big thanks to Roman (FSG Account Manager, Roman Brittain) for his tenacity in converting me to the improved service that I was apprehensive about changing from what I thought wasn’t broken.
